Tri-White Corporation (TSE, WSE: TWH) today announced the successful closing on July 18, 2000 of its previously announced sale of its Tri-Line Trucking Group to TCT Logistics Inc. of Calgary. The sale price of $44 million was satisfied by $36 million in cash, $7 million by way of subordinated debenture with a $1 million holdback due in one year.
